Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PledgeHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
PledgeHub provides tools for tracking crowdfunding projects, particularly board game campaigns. Features include project management, analytics, integrations with crowdfunding platforms, and export capabilities.
Account Registration
You must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas or data
- Interfere with the service's operation
- Scrape or harvest data without permission
- Impersonate others or provide false information
Subscription and Payment
Free Plan
The free plan includes limited features as outlined on our pricing page.
Premium Plan
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($5.99) or annually ($59.99). You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day trial for premium plans. After that, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into PledgeHub. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the service.
Third-Party Integrations
Integrations with Kickstarter, BoardGameGeek, and other platforms are subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or accuracy.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
PledgeHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the settings page.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
